Ideal Headsets Delivery Policy:
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding our delivery process:
Delivery Areas:
We currently offer national delivery within Australia and New Zealand. We deliver to both residential and business addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.
Delivery Timeframes:
Express Next Day Delivery: Available to major cities across the Australia. Orders placed before 1pm are usually delivered the following business day.
Standard Delivery: Delivery times for other areas may vary but are typically within 1-3 business days depending on region.
Shipping Costs:
Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate shipping fee for all orders within our delivery area. This is calculated at $11.00 unless it’s for bulky goods or a large prenegotiated shipment.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $750 (Unless bulky goods or agreed express shipping to a regional area) Shipping costs will show at the checkout page.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order through a direct link from Australia Post Startrack or an alternate freighter depending on location and size of order.
Lost or Stolen Goods:
In the unfortunate event that your goods are lost or stolen during delivery, please contact Ideal Headsets immediately. We will begin an investigation and, upon confirmation, we will ship a replacement product to you at no extra cost.
Delivery Exceptions:
While we strive to ensure all deliveries are made as smoothly as possible, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
Address Accuracy:
Please ensure that all delivery information, including the delivery address and contact details, is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
