Compatible Poly Wireless Headsets

The APT-31 Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter is compatible with a range of HP Poly (formerly Plantronics) wireless headset systems, providing users with remote call control and hands-free convenience. Supported headset models include:

• CS500 Series: CS510, CS520, CS530, CS540
• Savi Series: Legacy Savi W700 Series including W710, W720, W730, W740, and W745

When connected to a compatible desk phone, the APT-31 adapter enables users to answer, end, and manage calls directly from their headset, improving efficiency and freedom of movement in the workplace.

Electronic Hook Switch Cable for remote desk phone call control (answer/end). This cable eliminates the need for a HL10 Handset Lifter. This cable works with Tenovis desk phones and may work with additional manufacturers, check with our Product Configurator for more information. Replacement Note: The APT-31 EHS cable replaces the APT-30 cable and features compatibility with the Plantronics On-line Indicator accessory.
